• Change, The Change function enables you to correct an existing  record without creating a new one.

• Create, The Create function enables you to enter new data.

• Copy, The Copy function also enables you to create new infotypes recirdsm and it also update the infotypehistory.

• Infotype maintenance means proccessing data alreadt in the system and entering and saving new data.

• Included in the could be activities  such as :
• booking flights
• obtaining permits
• booking language courses
